What this deployment stores, why, and for how long.

What we store

Your account (name and email via Clerk), your profile and branding, and everything you enter about your deals, contacts, tasks and portals. MCP API keys are stored as hashes so a GoHighLevel agent can push CRM data into your account.

Enquiries and portal comments

When someone registers interest on a published brochure or comments on an investor portal, their name, email, phone and message are stored and shown to the account that owns the deal.

Third-party lookups

Property lookups send the postcode you type to postcodes.io, HM Land Registry, the EPC register and the Environment Agency. No account data is sent with those requests.

Where data lives

All application data is stored in the PostgreSQL database configured by DATABASE_URL. Nothing is sent to a third-party analytics service.

Retention and deletion

Deleting a deal deletes its images, comparables, metrics, files and enquiries. Deleting your account deletes everything associated with it.
